Columbia Cold Laminator

Columbia series laminators are capable of mounting, laminating and encapsulating up to 62" (1600mm) width prints and applying transfer tape. Single control wheel enables adjustment of substrate thicknesses. Auto-grip shafts aid easy loading and positioning of materials. Equipped with automatic liner stripping and graphic pickup reels, bi-directional electric & manual feed, stepless speed regulation up 3”/ sec., foot switch and three emergency stop switches mounted front and back for operator safety. Laminator will process most popular substrates up to a thickness of 20mm. Shipping weight is 850 pounds.

Willamette Cold Laminator

Willamette series laminators are equipped with electric & manual feed, laminate supply reel with variable resistance ( shown below), passive laminate backing take-up reel ( shown below ), stand, bi-directional stepless speed regulation up to 3”/ sec., 130mm ( 5.1” ) diameter lamination rollers, emergency stop switch and foot switch. Laminator will process most popular substrates up to a thickness of 25mm ( .98” ).
